The cheapest one with a 4:1 leucine content in relation to the other amino acids.

Word. I feel like squat is one of those movements where it's really all about form. It's really not an easy lift, out of the big three the most difficult to get proficient at, in my opinion at least. Little things can fuck you up so bad.

I hear ya. My coach told me I have to do slow down, pause, fast up on all my squats. Not looking forward to that, current 10 rep PR was 275. Hoping I don't have to break it down to 185 to do that, although he said weight doesn't matter.

You find that helps, doing those 10 rep for weight you can handle sets? How do you program that and segway into your working sets?

Oh, that's just my new program. Everything is done in a bodybuilding manner, like I'm legit giving bodybuilding a try. My powerlifting program was pretty high volume though, I was steadily hitting squats for 10-12 reps.
