So are you down in the 180s... how much further do you have to go
I think at least the first half of that 50 will slide right off, then the rest won't be too much of a struggle as long as you are committed.
Another thing that has helped me is that I keep intensity high as fuck at all times, try to keep rest periods as short as possible, bang out reps quickly with the best form you can. Just stay amped throughout entire training session, keep metabolic activity high.
Also, EC stack coupled with an IF type diet is beastly.
I started at around 208, down to 192 as of this morning. Hoping to solidly stabilize in the upper 180s by the end of the month.
I'm going to see how I look and feel at 180, will probably try to cut as much as I can so after the summer is over I can bulk hard again. I'm thinking 175-180 will be the sweet spot, i've yet to lose strength, have actually gained in some aspects. When I start losing strength is when i'll start to worry about how far I should go.
