Feel like a puss today. Tweaked something in my neck during OHP and now can't turn my neck to look up or to the left. After missing a rep on my DL sets, sapped me of inspiration and the rest of my workout sucked.
Had a crap moment today: Been lifting for about 6 years, (2 since finding this thread and actually "lifting"), and still feel remarkably DYEL. Body comp wise, my thighs have gotten bigger, my butt has gotten bigger, and my torso has gotten thicker. WTF am I doing this for?
And I'm no closer to being "shredded" than when I ran 6x a week and subsisted on salad and health food.
