It's a powerlifting routine that's supposed to be extremely demanding and is a for people who can't make gains anymore on easier programs.
You'd be fine with what you posted. Just try the other suggestions I made in that post: switching front squats to lunges/split squats and doing squats with slow negatives and supersets with machines. You could also do drop sets on squats. I know some people who do that in massing phases. They'll do say 5 reps, take off 20 pounds from each side and then do another 3-5 reps. You could do squats-squats or squats-front squats in a drop-superset.
Kalua pork. Pork shoulder (frequently on sale at whole foods), should be $3/lb for a 5 lb organic shoulder. Layer the bottom with 3 strips of bacon, salt with hawaiian (or himalayan) salt. Cook 8-10 hrs on low.
