Anyone experiencing training apathy?
Still going 3xweek, but... meh. Every time I make progress on the elbow, I get excited, then next session it hurts some other way. havent made any meaningful progress otherwise, and its getting to a point where I'm starting to just not care about training anymore.
I might have to spend my time writing a guide to swimming or something
I'm in this boat. I've been cutting since Feb so all my lifts are just stalled out and it kinda sucks to go to the gym 3x a week when you know you won't make any progress, just maintain if that.
Luckily I have been able to make progress w/ yoga so that has been keeping me going.
