Naw I meant in the gym.  Maybe I'm using the wrong term, the thing where you hold yourself on the dip bar and lift your legs horizontal and back again for reps.

I'm not going to lie and say I only get 30-40 pounds of out them. I'd say I get about 75 pounds out of them at the very least.

Like always, I'm going to focus a lot on no wraps and no belt squatting after my upcoming meet. Need to get my raw strength up more.

Also, somehow yesterday, instead of TRT I ended up with a prescription to an SSRI. Based on my own research, I don't plan to take it...

Follow-up question re: suggestion to reduce volume, move to 3 or 4 different workouts to hit everything instead of my current 6. Is the idea to do each workout about once a week? Would mean more recovery days than my current ~2/wk, or I could just put that time towards more cardio. Or something like lift 3/4 days, 1 day off? Whatever I feel like works best?

The solution is to find a different doctor who will give you test instead of antidepressants.

On a training related note, I was feeling run down and tired of training, so I cut my volume by 40% this week but kept or increased the weight slightly. Feel a lot better and I hope the deload will get me over my plateau.
