I have the same issue, but recently have had an epiphany like moment and everything just clicked. I pulled out an older routine from John which I had success on, dialed in on technique and have been crushing it lately...

Back's already feeling better. Gonna heat pad it today and then hit the gym tomorrow just to do upper/tri's. Weight's around 193, hoping that'll go down fast because I've been eating a shitload of salt lately haha.

Still bummed my tits aren't bigger. Not sure if I should throw in more tit workouts or what but it's annoying the hell out of me.

Oh yeah, also I was gonna start swimming, it'd be really useful if there was some kind of guide that I could read to help me out

I really hate myself sometimes. Feeling myself fall into one of those depressive black holes that no matter how well I feel like i'm doing, it's like an inevitable thing.

Gonna be a great week man

just remember instagram is all about stuntin'. she's probably living a lame as shit life while you're bangin' powerlifter chicks upstate.

Also, remember, we got the spartan sprint in 3 weeks.

I don't think it's a bad thing to think about your programming. Mine has been pretty fluid and I have been trying different things to balance out volume vs recovery.

Speaking of which, I'm kind of at a loss with what to do with my back. Heavy DB rows 2x/wk + sumo deads have my erectors in a perpetual state of DOMS. Back has been achy for about 2 weeks. Anyone know of any good heavy horizontal pulling movements that take the lower back out of the equation? I'm thinking T bar rows.

I'm thinking of just ordering 10 pairs of something like this and just tossing them after a few months which i would be reluctant to do with something more expensive.

I got these and they're the nicest shorts I've ever owned, including designer shorts.  http://shop.lululemon.com/products/clothes-accessories/mens-shorts-gym/Anti-Gravity-Short?cc=0001&skuId=3514031&catId=mens-shorts-gym

Just wish they made pants that didn't fit like a sack.

Brain being worst enemy is definitely something I can sympathize with.

T bar rows, heavy pulldowns, dumbbell pullovers, seated cable rows, and hammer strength pullover machine is pretty awesome if your gym has one.

I love seated cable rows using the adjustable position pulleys.

I bring it down to about waist level and get a great pull with a pause at contraction.

Find me a pair of shorts I can get a full range of motion in that won't show off your balls when inverted for less and I'll reconsider (I bought them for yoga).  I wear them 4-5 days a week so I'd say I get my money's worth.

I don't understand why people don't realize that if you to Marhalls, TJmaxx, etc, you can get old season Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc gear on the cheap. There arent really shocking advancements in running shorts year to year, but the quality is there, and yeah, sometimes you'll have to deal with weird colors, but who gives a fuck.

Do you wear shorts without underwear?
Compression shorts under shorts.

They don't offer a full range of mobility.  I have nike shorts from marshalls and they're ok for the gym or running but I can't lift my legs in certain directions without hiking them up and fiddling with them and it's generally a pain in the ass for yoga, so I bought two pairs of actual yoga shorts, one for $40 and the one I linked, and I'm totally happy with them.  $100 total was not a lot for how much use I get.

Also shit falls out of my pockets in the running shorts I have when doing leg lifts and stuff which drives me crazy.  Idk maybe I just have OCD.
