To those of you who suggested doing some ham machine work before squats, I think it was CTK and iham? Very effective, did it yesterday.

Still wish my gym had a GHR, meh.

I posted this on reddit but i figured i'd xpost here

PSA to my big-thighed, big-hipped, big-booty bretehren: Uniqlo Leggings Jeans are awesome

Buy them slightly tight and they stretch awesomely to slim-but-not-baggy perfection. They might get too stretched out after a few wears (wear a belt!), but they're non-raw so you can just throw them in the wash to have them shrink down. Plus they're suuuper cheap.

link

more colors (though a lot of them appear to be out of stock at this moment)

You been to any of the locations recently, they in stock there? Would rather try on than buy online.

Weights are heavy enough again that my elbows are starting to hurt (again).

But on a positive note, going to Bali next month to dive with manta rays.

@GraphicNovelty

There is one in the poconos in April, but meh Poconos and i'd want it to be warmer I think.

I think the one Upstate in July would be prime. Let me know what you think.

I'm down for the Rugged Maniac too, assuming you're looking at the on at Aviator in June, would be good prep for the Mudder also.

yup the aviator one. The prices go up on friday. I've already signed up.

you're doing the citi spartan sprint too right?

as for the TM, there's a ti state in october as I feel like i'd like more time to train.

my cousin wants to do it too. It'll give us lots of time to train even though it might be a bit chillier.

Can someone please explain the Tough Mudder appeal to me?

It just seems like a recipe for injury and time spent out of the gym.
