Question for all you, I feel like I don't hit my hamstrings enough, or at all really. So i'm going to incorporate straight legged deads on squat days.
I tried doing them today just to get a feel, is my lower back supposed to curve a little bit, I mean it's kind of impossible to do the movement without that happening I feel like, also how high of a platform should I be standing on?
