Really? I need to get it down to 130 for a reading, it doesn't need to be long term.

I'm sorry... what's the issue here?

The whole idea of what "real women" look like is stupid. All women are real, and they all look different. Some just look better than others.

You can do P/P/L if you want, but you should be aware of that its not any more centered towards upper body growth than GreySkull LP or ICF 5x5. With a P/P/L, you hit the front of your upper just as much as your back and legs, so theoretically the muscle groups will grow at the same rate. With ICF5x5 for instance, on average every week you will you squat 25 sets, good morning 5 sets and deadlift 1.5 sets (and thats all for lower body), while you will be benching and ohp for 12.5 sets, cgbp 5 sets, rowing 25 sets, doing chin ups for 8 sets, hitting triceps for 5 sets and biceps for 5 sets. ICF 5x5 has more work for upper body than lower body. If its still not geared enough to upper body you can just take out squats on one of the three days of the week.

With a program like that, you'll hit upper body with presses, pulling and direct arm work with enough volume 3 times per week, while a P/P/L split will have you hitting each muscle group 2 times per week. With the full body program you'll also work out 3 times, versus 6 with the P/P/L. If you don't care about the powerlifts you could just swap BB bench for dips or DB presses, squats for front squats and deadlifts for straight leg deadlifts or RDLs.

That's just my view on it.

Cinnamon roll, chocoalte chip cookie dough, and white chocolate raspbeery are my faves.

Mirin, it's too often that you see guys with huge arms and completely unproportional forearms, looks so ridiculous in my opinion.

By pulldowns you mean lat machine right?
