sleeping on your stomach is the only way to go. i have no idea how anyone can sleep on their back; the last time i slept on my back was in the open air in a field when i was in the army and had ~6 hours of sleep in 5 days.

I sleep on my stomach and I get the arm numbness maybe once every month or two. Awhile back I woke up and rolled over, and my numb arm swung around and hit my wife in the face. She was none too pleased. Luckily she wasn't hurt, just annoyed.

Sleeping on your stomach is a great way to get shoulder, elbow, neck, and lumbar spine pain.

Snorlax knows what's up.

Every time I sleep on my back I get hungry and when I get hungry I can't sleep.

Congrats Charly, that's awesome.

Not a PR, just repping it out at parallel after finishing my squats. Hit 270 x 8 that day, that was a PR for me weighing 179lbs. Trying to destroy myself before I go to California next week.

Yea I really need to do that. Get myself back more. Yup, weighed 179-178 past two days. Going to stay here for 3 weeks then go back up to 195 slowly.
