Charly I really like that video series. Tons of amazing free information. For people here you can literally watch those series and put together a program and diet program that will look exactly what they will write you at $500+ a month, if you pay attention.

I work remote for a company, so I get to plan out my own hours, which is nice!

 

Haha, half the people at my company do this and it drives me nuts.  They all dial into meetings but don't actually pay attention making it impossible for me to drive initiatives through.  Also, good luck trying to call them.

Ah, yes. I know how this goes from a previous company. Luckily this time around everyone is remote and it's an expected 5-12 hours turn around on anything asked for.

How many Carbs are you planning to hit on your re-feed days? I am assuming you are dropping your fat intake as well...

Somewhere around 500-550g today, and you're correct -- I'll be dropping fat(and a little protein).

Are you timing your carb reintroduction like after your workout or just going balls out and refeeding as soon as you are awake? Sorry for all the questions, I am trying to figure out how to schedule my refeed days, but I am doing one every 14th day...

Well if you watched the whole thing.. it should be both.

That being said, not everyone will fit that like a cookie cutter. If that were the case, there would be one perfect program everyone would run.

Everything is after my workout. So hit my perceived weakest parts today(chest/shoulders) and then on the drive home went ham on some SweetTarts.

Every 14th day sounds miserable if you are truly in ketogenesis the entire time.

I've done it in the past and it's not too shabby, I keep carbs at 30g a day not including dietary fiber. Although I keep fat a bit higher than some would, the fuzzy head is probably the most annoying part...

^ one of my friends was visiting Iceland a couple years ago and was looking for a gym to get a workout in. Stumbled into Jakabol thinking the place looked pretty legit. I think the giants were shocked a 5'2" asian girl wanted to squat with them so they just let her. She had no idea it was Magnus Ver Magnusson's gym (he wasn't there at the time tho).

That place looks amazing, Bjornsson is one of my favourite strongmen along with  Vytautus Lallas and Misha.
