Isn't lack of healthy fats a more likely cause than too many carbs? Eat some salmon.

When you're sitting a lot, the front of your legs get tight while the butt gets too stretched out. So you need to stretch and roll out the quads and hip flexors and get a stronger butt. Couch stretch and foam roll the front. For strengthening the ass you could do sumo DLs, good mornings, hip thrusts, etc. Bulgarian split squat would be great since it stretches out the hip flexor and strengthens the ass at the same time.

Nah I mean it's all the extra carbs which have increased fuji's strength, recovery, and ability to handle higher workloads which have hurt his joints.

Also your lower back gets tight while your abs get loose and weak. So you should throw in some stretching/strengthening stuff for those too. My wife has APT too... 1 movement for each muscle issue seems to be working pretty well. Abs = weighted crunches, glutes = hip bridges and the tight stuff gets stretched out.
