Love handles are last to go for everybody

Good work TK... how many lbs down are you?

Also Mark I did the fasted workout today. Lost some last set edge but for the most part no problems. Good advice, no point in putting it off.

Damn I hate running. 

Not so much the running aspect but the DOMS and stiffness you get afterwards.

 

After yesterdays run, my quads and shins are way stiffer than they've been in a long time and I've been squatting 3-5 times a week. 

Maybe my body is just not used to running and forefoot strike in minimal shoes.

I never run hate it, row, skip and walk the dog, that is all.

A friend roped me into doing a 4min bodyweight back squat challenge due to some YouTube video, did it today after having been sick for the last 4-5 days, so I got 40 reps with 90kg, have to try again when I'm back up and running.

First day was awesome, sat in on a meeting with a management team that came in to discuss a buyout of a cool company. Dudes even said they wanna try to get me placed at one of their portfolio companies for the summer while their summer intern comes in, then I can come back in the fall. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Also, my company's located in the building of a prominent social club in town here, so I get a free corporate membership. Only downside is the gym fucking sucks, but they have a bench, squat rack and dumbbells. All I need?

I feel like I'd scare people if I actually used them.

Jon Cena is an awesome guy. He's friends with Mark Bell and has been into weightlifting since he was a kid.
