Is there a specific reason for your very wide stance on squats?
Obviously there is some thought behind it since you used to go narrower, but I very rarely see that wide of a stance for raw lifters whereas its common for equipped lifting.

Rice pudding is the bomb.
Eat it after pretty much every training session.
You should try it with coconut milk. Higher fat obv taste better but a low fat version is really good too if you gotta keep em calories in check.
Jasmin rice, vanilla casein, coconut milk, some cinnamon and then hot raspberries on top
Eating a baked potato with cottage cheese, honey and cinnamon right now. Pretty damn good too.
