Feb 2014 today



Overall went from 73kg --> peak of 81kg --> 78kg now

Im probably holding a bit of water this morning (big dinner last night) but otherwise I look pretty much the same maybe a bit fatter?

Wish I had some good front on and back pics to compare

Will be interested to see before and after pics of the dreamer bulkers

Traps look bigger to me.

Difficult angle but from an aesthetics viewpoint I think arms and delts could be brought up a bit.

 

Otherwise great physique.

 

Also, saw your reply TK.

P/P/L is a good split of course for bodybuilding purposes.
