Random health and exercise thoughts - Page 2640

I'm very seriously considering skipping leg day for the next couple weeks and just doing upper 3x/wk, I feel like my upper body's just lagging so much.

Quitting my job today, partners at firm said they'd be willing to work with me when June comes to figure something out so I'm not high and dry, and I believe them. At the very least they said they could keep me on the books until I go to b-school so I'd have 1.5 years experience in PE.

But the fact that I've busted tail for the past year and will see maybe five pounds improvement makes me start to reconsider some vitamin T

I haven't been playing many games lately but this is making me reconsider

First weigh in since started cutting 7 days ago. Went from 205 to 200.4, a 5lb initial drop is fine right? Probably water and glycogen stores depleted? Aiming for 1, to 1.5 a week after this, I should stabilize to that after this right?

No loss of strength reported yet, so it leading me to believe water and all that.

Yep and you'll prob lose even more water this week.

My professional opinion is that you most likely have shoulder cancer though AIDS and Creutzfeld-Jacob disease are also possible and highly likely.

My upper body grew in proportion even when I was squatting 6x/week, dont be a pussy

Squatting 6x a week sounds worse than cross country skiing

Trying to get fit. What would be the best and fastest way?

Jog?

Sprint and jog?

Jump ropes?

I'll also do curls, push-ups, dumbbell squats, etc.

How hard is it to clean? My problem with my blender is that it's sort of a bitch to take apart and wash by hand every time I use it.

Do they still have graphics showing heart-rate and stuff like that for the cross-country ski races? I remember reading a little while back that people who take part in it are at pretty high risk of developing various heart conditions because race conditions are so strenuous.
