Slow cut til maybe April or May. I'm going slow so I don't lose muscle mass.


Weight wise it have no idea. I'm trying to stay as heavy as possible so if I can stay above 185 and get lean I'll be very happy.

I think it was 1,030 or something. So I still got a bit to go. I am hoping to do it at a meet, so it's undisputed.

No need to do it at a meet, just show the plates on the bar before doing the lift and get all 3 lifts.
