High carb, enough protein (BW*1.25), lowish fat works best for me on a calorie surplus. Lots of more energy and volume tolerance from a higher carb intake.
Also, that protein intake seems pretty damn high for one meal. Whats your daily macros?
Fuji, I've made some pretty good macro friendly cheesecakes in the past. You should chuck in some vanilla protein powder. Did you use cottage cheese or cream cheese?
