Yea he does. He's traveling a bit few days out of the week to train at the gym where his coach is. Which happens to be where my coach is .

See... dude is down 12lbs in 2 weeks, and people are saying 50lb in a year is crazy lol. Good stuff man.

I've been having similar results, down from like 188 to 176 in about 2 weeks, dry as fuck from no salt and only meat and vegetables. Was curling today feeling horrific from training fasted, but seeing veins in my delts provided so many feels.

bcaa's make training fasted a lot easier

CTK, those 12 pounds are not all fat. A lot of it is water weight.

Still, if you're around 20% bf I think you could push the 1.5 pound loss a week a little bit further without sacrificing much performance. You prob don't want to go that fast when you're around 10% though. 50 lbs is still a lot of weight to lose. What are you weighing now?

Squatting 3x a week on a linear progression is getting me all kinds of gains. Today I did 4 sets of 5 reps with a weight I couldn't do for a single 1.5 months ago.

The program says that you should deload when you can't do 5x5 and build up to it again, but I'm gonna keep adding 5 pounds every session and let the volume come down, sort of like what Charly said a while back. My goal was to squat 315 for  single in may but probably gonna be able to hit that in a month already.

I've been hovering around 208-211 all month. Weight "gains" have stalled, but strength gains are way up... I think I put like 20-30 lbs on my heavy squat since the beginning of the month. So I am gonna keep my calories where they are and see if I keep making gains without piling on more fat. I know dude's weight loss is mainly water and prob some carbage but I'm definitely carrying a ton of water weight too. I can feel it. So when it comes time to cut I don't think I will have much trouble with the first half.

Your progress on squats is intriguing. Are you deadlifting that often too? I wish I could handle that much volume.

20-30 pounds a month is very nice.

Well, one reason for my fast progress is that I got my technique fixed which instantly made that 1RM into a 3RM. Went from wide stance squatting in chucks sitting back to shoulder width with weightlifting shoes. I get a ton more speed and power out of the hole with a narrower stance and the knee tracking more forward. Will upload some vids later to compare the two styles.

I have two different templates that rolls 3 day per week, A/B/A or B/A/B. Both have squats but only one has deadlift and bench and the other has CGBP and OHP. So I squat 3x a week but DL, bench, CGBP and OHP and average of 1.5 per week, one week once and the other twice you know. Deadlifts are only done for one top set of 5 reps since I'm pretty fatigued from squatting prior to it. Anyway, if my squat goes up my DL will as well.

Initially I had to lower the weights for all lifts to cope with the volume but it has paid of now. The first 2 weeks the deadlift in particular took a big hit and I had to drop like 25 pounds of my work set. Now it has exceeded my previous best. No reason to change if what your doing is working fine, but if you want to try higher volume, just lower your lifts a lot in the beginning. The first 2 weeks should be easy or you'll plateau fast. Be conservative and you'll will def be able to up the volume / frequency.

you're being a phaggot. if you don't lift now when you finish your cut you'll look like pre-RHET TK.

It's ok Mark, you don't have to go, but your delts are already beginning to atrophy. Seems like a fair trade for the chance to be lazy though, right?

*edit* pre-rhet TK didn't look bad to me, just not big. no homo

Nice lift TK. So weird how you're so strong off the floor and then the top portion looks like such a struggle. It's the opposite for me.

I think it's because my hamstrings are still relatively lagging compared to my quads and back. Gonna hit them hard after this cut and start doing all them super homo looking lifts like glute bridges and pull-throughs.
