Is pulling an all nighter, then going to sleep at a reasonable time the best way to fix a fucked up sleep schedule?

Also are there any good fitness movies/documentaries you guys liked on netflix?

Absolutely not.

And Pumping Iron is on youtube.

Your deadlift and bench is higher but I got you on squats. I don't really max on deadlifts though and I only do one set since I think I would risk a burnout otherwise with all the other volume from squats and so on.

Stronglifts with accessory is pretty much what I'm doing too, since I started with ICF 5x5 (which is Stronglifts with accessory) and then modified it after what I think needs more work.
What accessory are you doing?

I currently have two days that I rotate A/B/A B/A/B style.
Today was workout A:

5x5 paused bench (competition grip - index finger on ring)
5x5 squats
3x6 paused mid grip bench (pinkies on rings)
5x5 pendlay rows
3 sets of BB shrugs, myo reps
3 sets heavy weighted chinups, then 2 sets bodyweight for higher reps
3 sets sldl
5 set abs

The accessory lifts rotate after what I feel like doing, so sometimes I skip the shrugs and switch the SLDL for GMs or back extensions.

I completely missed this post, what is your A day look like? Also, myo reps?

Reports are he broke both knee caps and probable ligament damage.

That's insane. Can that even be fixed, or is the dude never going to be able to lift again?

Imagine structuring your entire life around one thing like that, and then not being able to do it.

I do not know if feasible but I would think it has to be a miracle to come back and compete in powerlifting after such trama.

Seeing it over the live stream was cringe worthy. A couple of my gym buddies who were there told me you could hear the pop. :-/

Other day looks like this:

5x5 ohp
5x5 squat
1x5 deadlift
3x12 db row
3x8 cgbp
3x8 curl (often skip this)
5 set abs

Myo reps nean that you pick a rep number and hit that for the first set, rest for a couple of breaths (say 10 breaths) then do as many reps you can with the sane weight, rest for a few breaths and do more reps.

Usually looks like:
BB shrug
250 lb x 12, rest 10 breaths
250 x 8, same thing
250 x 5
250 x 3

Just a way of getting some volume work in less time. Works well on small isolation stuff

That's insane. I'm waiting to hear what actually happened to Brandon.

Damn, makes me rethink my routine. I have a lot more accessory work thrown in. You're finding that you're seeing good gains with this?

Just so we're clear, the Scott Herman face pull is the recommended one?

That's how I do it now and love it....

Fuck at Brandon Lily, hope he can recover ditto on the comment on structuring your life around lifting then having it come crashing down like that. Reminds me of Mark Bells injury for some reason.
On the cheerier side of things, fucking gj at the progress you guys are making; Mark, your pictures especially show a huge confidence boost if I can call it that!
