Guys, I need input on some lifting stuff I'm looking to buy:
Straps - cotton or leather?
Wrist Wraps - I don't like the look of all these patterned ones in weird colors so it's between Inzer True Blacks or Metal All Blacks. Anyone got experience with them? Charly maybe?

For some reason I thought you did a split with arms day, leg day, bench day, deadlift day.
Your deadlift and bench is higher but I got you on squats. I don't really max on deadlifts though and I only do one set since I think I would risk a burnout otherwise with all the other volume from squats and so on.
Stronglifts with accessory is pretty much what I'm doing too, since I started with ICF 5x5 (which is Stronglifts with accessory) and then modified it after what I think needs more work.
What accessory are you doing?
I currently have two days that I rotate A/B/A B/A/B style.
Today was workout A:
5x5 paused bench (competition grip - index finger on ring)
3x6 paused mid grip bench (pinkies on rings)
5x5 pendlay rows
3 sets of BB shrugs, myo reps
3 sets heavy weighted chinups, then 2 sets bodyweight for higher reps
3 sets sldl
5 set abs
The accessory lifts rotate after what I feel like doing, so sometimes I skip the shrugs and switch the SLDL for GMs or back extensions.
