To maintain your body you should do your regular exercise and control your diet.
Diet control does not mean to eat less but eat nutricious and healthy. Regular exercise and gym keeps your body in a shape otherwise you will lose all your body shape

In the winter or in inclement weather only. Otherwise I feel like a hamster.

Got 6 on my last 3x3 set (Wendler) today. It really is true, the only thing simpler than Wendler 531 is not working out at all.

So true, I found myself really really leery of any kind of weight or fat loss due to the diminishing size issue - I swear, if I just stopped caring about the way I looked and focused 100% on numbers I would look 100000% better than I do right now. Funny how counter-intuitive the "rarggh mass" mindset can be.

stop pimping your **** website

Just bought myself a pre-birthday gift (3 months beforehand) and bought p90x. I need the structure of a program, and I have just about everything I need for it already. Hopefully I can get into the shape I want to be in by February!

I have them all on my computer already, but there were two things that I absolutely needed in person: the nutrition guide, and the plan for what to do when. I couldn't deal with trying to scroll through what I'm supposed to eat when, and how to make everything I should eat, and I wanted to be able to see a logical plan with my own eyes. Also, in my mind, this less than $150 will hopefully be the (monetary) motivation & stimulus to keep me in it for 90 days so my clothes will fit superbly better. I just hope I don't have to rebuy everything, but if it all fits that much better, I would be more than fine with it.

Plus I'll be healthier too, which is a good benefit as well. I just want to be able to say that I did it without any reservations, and buying it is definitely another way I can keep myself in it till the end. by the way, I don't want it to seem like I'm ungracious. I do appreciate the offer very much, sir.
