Just for a few minutes, didn't want to get too frisky and have cardio ruin gains.

Sometimes after squatting I feel like I'm hard of hearing for a couple of minutes. Anyone else experience this?

Should I buy a slingshot?

Dominated 3 out of 4 of my interviews for lev fin. Interviewed by 2 associates, 1 analyst and 1 vp. Vp gave me his card afterwards, which he didn't do with anyone else, told me i was a fantastic candidate, that I should call him if I have any more questions and he'd be in touch soon. Considering i'll hear back in a few hours so that's not enough time to ask questions i think that's a good sign. Had solid banter about random shit with 1 associate and 1 analyst, they said I had fantastic commercial awareness and I gave some of the best answers he's had. Last interview was shit though, only provided a small amount of lolz and the presentation I gave was weak and I didn't answer the questions well, but since theyre expanding this group 3/4 of the people voting for me should be enough. I much prefer this group to what I was offered yesterday, people are cooler and the work is much more interesting, lots of LBO analysis. In regards to providing the lolz in interviews I told my interviewer that the VAR graph looks like a dick and he found it hilarious.

Sometimes after deadlifts I feel like I am going to pass out. Usually means I'm not breathing properly.

Nah, but I wear tight trousers, he could probably see them anyway. Some weird as fuck brah brought a yoghurt with him to the interview, when we were all having lunch which they provide anyway he just whips out his fucking yoghurt and his spoon. Guy was so rapey, kept like awkwardly smiling at everyone during the testing and like waving at his mate across the room. Also had some weird eye infection. The main thing, which has came up in all my interviews is my business on sf selling clothes, banks love it, had some LBO analysis questions too, but only because I pushed the interviews to the more technical side. Really worried about that last interview though, it was shit.

#1) I like how you spell yogurt

#2) I probably wouldn't refer to a VaR graph as phallic-shaped in an interview setting (not sure why a risk measure came up in an IBD interview but w/e)

#3) Props on the job offer

Gonna replace the arm isolation with more work on the big compounds.

Tricep extension is gonna be 3 more sets of CGBP. Curls is gonna be more sets of chin ups.

Will still do some light curls or tricep pushdown if my elbows start to hurt or if I have time to throw in some more work. My sessions are too long atm.

Wonder if I will see any negative difference on arm development. I doubt it.

Fuck. Just got a vm from one of the partners saying they'd like to bring me in and talk about bringing me on for the next couple of months. I'm really excited but fucking terrified given that I'd be taking a huge pay cut and have really uncertain exit opps after the summer, and also am going to owe this admissions consultant a boat of money and my savings aren't at where I want them to be. Thinking about offering to work as a consultant for my current employer and come back after the internship.

I also have absolutely no idea how to prepare for this. No idea if they want to actually interview me or just sit down and talk about it or what. Shit.

Well, broughtmy self back down to reality today. 470DL attempt ended in a fail. Couldn't get it passed my knees. Looks like I'll have to check the ego and make smaller leaps.

Do you guys measure food raw or cooked? I'm confused as fuck. Like with rice, the nutrition label, is that accounting for the rice before or after I cook it? Also chicken breasts, raw or cooked?
