Yeah, tbh I was a little surprised that we submitted there but after talking with my mentor and the first author it seems like a good fit and has a lot of potential. Online journals have that stigma around them, but I'm hoping this one takes off due to the reputation of NeuroImage.

Anyone else have ON gold standard whew come with the white fresh seal loose? Both my 5lb containers came like that, took the plastic wrap off, unscrewed cap and the white top seal was up inside the cap.

my new year's resolution is to stop drinking if i don't feel like it.

I find drinking kind of boring so i always get wasted in hopes that one more drink will make it fun.

Now i just carry around my vaporizer if i'm going out.

used to quite a bit, something like 5-7 years ago or so. This was what really did it for me. Most of the shit I like to do is in the day time when I'd be nursing a hangover. Its fun to buy a table with some friends and get shitfaced once every 3-6 months but other than that...

man working out in the morning sucks. couldn't even pull 310 for 4, had to drop it on my 3rd rep. embarrassing.

yup. I have an early version...my gf got one for her dad for christmas and it's wayy nicer.

I also bought a power adapter and water whip for vape/bong rips in my apartment. Do a few hits and then some yoga. Feelsgoodman.

Yeah , I hate it.

Last time I tried it I had to drop my squat with 20 pounds.

I'm also way more stiff in the morning so every movement just feels worse.

I hear ya. I guess I'll try Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday, so I can stick to my usual time.

Deadlift is super finicky for me. Anything over 325 for reps really depends on what my current state is as far as over training.

I can wake up and do cardio within the hour but I need to have + digest breakfast at least before lifting. Since we moved to NC I have been getting to the gym around 10AM... the emptiness is glorious.
