GN did answer you, what do you want? Creatine is cheap anyways. Take as many creatines as your body can handle.

No he didn't. Wanted to know how many days I should be loading before going down to 5g, that was never answered.

If its pure creatine monohydrate you don't need to load at all. Just take 5g a day and you're fine.

Honestly, why don't you just google it and read up on it yourself? Surely you will benefit a lot more in the long term by understanding things for yourself rather than ask other guys what they would do.

This is the answer. Take until you feel it. Then just keep steady at 5g.

Closer to 1.5 after water weight. It's aggressive, but manageable, nothing that will steal all of his gains.

just got back from first session of straight-arm only lifting at my girlfriend's gym. did some pulling, db good mornings, shrugs, straight-arm pulldowns, more shrugs, then ab wheels. there was a GHR there but evidently i'm too stupid to use one properly... just couldn't get the feel of it right, even with band assistance. gonna go in tomorrow and do some flies, pullovers, band pullaparts and maybe push a prowler around or something.

i had a pretty good first impression of the weight room, until i started using it. it might be tricky because of the angle, but see if you can spot the monumental fucking face-palm-worthy level of stupidity displayed by the people who put this place together. fitness people are fucking mentally deficient, i swear.

Are the pins for the bar in the squat rack on the outside of the rack?

no, the pins for the rack cannot be mounted on the front of the rack facing outwards, only between the uprights.

getting warmer...

this is part of it, but there's something else totally fucked about the setup.

Yeah should be about 1.5 of lard/week which ought to be manageable. I also suspect I may be overestimating my bf currently and might not need to go all the way to 180.

If nothing else, plate trees on only one side of the rack (and shared between two racks at that) would annoy the shit out of me. Otherwise, no clue smile.gif

ding ding fucking ding. the plate trees are bolted down in between each rack, which doesnt seem so bad until you realize they are positioned midway between each upright. given how close each rack is to the next , this means that you cannot actually do anything in the rack without the bar hitting the plate tree. can't squat, can't bench. could barely shrug and rack pull, having about 6 inches of clearance between the upright and the space occupied by the plate tree.

the best part was when i told the trainer supervising the facility about it. she insisted that i was wrong and i could mount the pins on the outside of the rack, until i realized she was talking about the j-hooks. when i told her this, she informed me that the space inside the rack was actually for storing the bench while people were squatting, and that the actual pins were just there for support. the inside of the squat rack was not actually used for squatting, duh. silly me.

i am actually fucking infuriated at how fucking stupid this entire situation is censored.gifcensored.gifcensored.gif
