What do you recommend? I've just been doing sets of dislocators with a PVC pipe.
Also, anyone try squatting or deadlifting in hyperfeels yet? Bought a pair on sale and gonna try them tonight.

I tried it during my last session and got my grip about 2 inches narrower for the back squat while still keeping the elbows at a good angle, pointing down.
