Missed bits and pieces of it since the members who volunteered that day were busy moving around making sure things were moving along smoothly. But in general, Dan covered the framework for his strength program, the hows and whys, and then squatting, benching, and deadlifting... and a bunch of Q&A. People in the crowd had the opportunity to have their technique critiqued in front of everyone (and corrected). Dan's too nice to turn anyone down so everyone had their chance and things ran late/prob got cut short. Animal didn't want anyone taking pics or videos so there prob isn't much floating around the net, but I suspect the footage the "official" camera grabbed will wind up on their yt channel at some point. The whole knees out vs. knees in (actually just "knees inline") thing got covered and I could see the handful of crossfit guys in the room having a seizure.
Right on. I would love to lift at BBBC one of these days. I hope people retain the information they gained at the seminar. For me it can be hard getting out of bad form/habits, especially if you've been doing them for years. From what I hear Dan is a super nice guy, so the seminar must have been a great opportunity for people to sap as much info as possible from him and the rest of the crew there.
Could be beginnings of temporary sleep apnea due to the weight gain; also could be your apartment is too hot. Ideal sleeping temp is like 70 degrees; in the winter my old apt w/its 1920s boiler would have our room up in the 80s in the dead of winter. I was a fucking zombie in NYC.
Ahahaha, oh man, the idea of bulking induced apnea is kind of funny. Hope it's not the case.
Definitely not the temp, I sleep with my window cracked in the winter, and I'm the type to have the AC running into late September, can only sleep when it's cold.

My girlfriend's mom spoiled me for christmas. She's got a good knack of picking out stuff I could use, along with buying me a new pair of chuck hi's to lift in she sent over a boss microwave and a set of made in spain cooking knives.
