Holy shit you paid like $200 for an Inzer belt? Shit in Australia does cost a lot!

at least the belt will last you a lifetime

Interesting, looks like most people don't do many exercises on leg day.

I hate how long Inzer takes to ship shit.

Did you get the lever belt, or the old school prong?

Not that I'm the pinnacle of legs to emulate but I do:

Squats

and maybe

Good mornings

I also do squats after my deadlift days, though.

Yeah was a shit ton to put down for a belt but has had my back for 5+ years with a year or so of rotting in a cupboard.....:slayer:Btw Coldsnap what colour did you get? I hear these days they usually have a lot of black in stock but the others take a while (maybe the reason for the delay).

Legs-

I do squats, front squats and pause squats; I could probably only do 2 of these (normal squat a given) and I'd be fine but I do it because they're fun.

For hamstrings I do Rdl's and deadlifts.

FS/BS 8-10x3-5 with a weight that feels good. on top of whatever classic lift variation or pull/whatever I have for the day

I do full body so I don't have a leg day. The lifts I do throughout the week that hit the legs are

Back squat
Front squat
Deadlift
Pendlay row (yes, they hit the hammies a bit)
Good morning / reverse hyper / SLDL

When I've milked this routine i may start include some more lifts, but they're still gonna be very specific for big three. I would add and cycle in these depending on my current weakness:

High bar squat
Pause squat
Unilateral squat (pistols / split squat)
Sumo deadlift
Pause deadlift
Snatch grip deadlift
Deficit deadlift
Rack deadlift below knees

If you train more for bodybuilding you might want to do some isolation instead.

If your legs don't grow much and you want to induce more hypertrophy its generally advised for naturals to spread out the leg work over the week for higher frequency. The ammount of work needed to get the traiking effect is less than most people think (people get big legs off SS squatting 3x5 and 1x5 deadlifts, but do this 3x a week).

Weighted jump squats
Box squats
Good mornings
Deadlifts
Sumo deadlifts

All 3x10 as supersets with jump rope as the other exercise.

Got a single prong, levers are pretty dumb

Nice. I got the black because I thought it would ship quicker. Oh well!

So I bought 33x30 J.Crew chinos online with a gift certificate I got for Christmas. Turns out they're too small in the waist/thighs now. Returned them and am exchanging for 34x30. I used to be a 32x30 a couple months ago. Fuck, so it begins.

Current Squat day:

  • Squats
  • Leg Press
  • Leg Extensions
  • SLDL Variant
  • Leg Curls
  • Calves

About 300 reps between all those movements... not counting warm ups.

I don't do many either. I dont think many are quite as effective as Glute/ham raise (w bands), DL and its variants, and random isometrics. As part of the rehab process Ive begun to do single leg DL, and the benefits are good. I used to do hamstring curls, etc, but I never felt I really got much out of them, I will probably still continue to do them at end of workout till failure once I get back in business. Can't wait to finally do weighted exercises again.

I would literally kill to lift at a gym with a reverse hyper.

Most all gyms have a reverse hyper. Did you mean a GHR? My gym back home had one too, which shocked me, except it was hidden in some back room used for classes, so it was useless...

Reverse hyper? Nah, I've only been to one gym that has one of those. You'll have a better chance finding a GHR in a gym.

You might be thinking of a 45 degree hyper extension or roman chair.
