Yea, I think we've been training seriously for the same amount of time. My training log started 12/07 last year. To be fair my maxes are USAPL judged so I had to squat to full depth, pause my bench, and not hitch on deadlift. I squat 250 x 12 though :P, my bench is 190lbs now, and deadlift is my best lift. I can't say my mediocre numbers are a result of inconsistency though, I don't think I missed a workout this whole year and if I did I always planned a deload so I could. I always tell people at the gym the only reason I even have mediocre numbers is because I bust my ass off, I'm not naturally strong at all and not even close to being an athlete. I have a small ass bone structure that wants to be a 130lbs weakling. From your pictures you seem to have a pretty thick and healthy shoulder girdle, so I'm not surprised your bench is good! I have narrow shoulders
