Looks like i'll end up between 210-215, started at 180 last February 2012, with a couple of indecisive bouts here and there. So pretty much put on 30-35lbs in my first year of lifting.
If after my cut I retain 18-20lbs of muscle i'll be happy for the time being.
At this point I think my body is so accustomed to being a fat fuck, that i'm experiencing diminishing returns on my gains, though I definitely AM still getting stronger, it's coming at a slower pace than even 2-3 months ago.
In hindsight, I definitely got ahead of myself on this bulk, and a lot of folks here advised me against that; but I did it anyway, and i'm glad I did to be honest. I could have been smarter and ate at a 500 surplus and done a very slow controlled bulk, but I don't think I would have learned half as much, nor would it be as much fun.
My goal weight is to get back down to 180ish, and see how I look. Going to be very interesting.
Also, call me a phaggot but I really miss having a defined face + jaw line haha, i'm almost more excited about that then the idea of potentially having a 6 pack or whatever.
Talking about 6 pack, first place I gained weight was my stomach, then face, have a feeling that the fat deposits everywhere else will go relatively quickly, but stomach and face will be stubborn as shit. It's weird cause my shoulders/chest/traps/forearms are still pretty lean, but stomach, ass and thighs are thick as fuck.
