No, it's fine.  A lot of people recommend doing low-intensity cardio (walking fast, light cycling) fasted first thing in the morning to burn off fat, since you have less glycogen in your bloodstream at that time so your body has to break down fat for energy.

i'm fucking ecstatic at how much better my elbow feels but now i am downright paranoid about lifting... i dont want to fuck it up and go backwards after i've seen so much improvement. a steady diet of aleve and kalaya after my massage has helped a lot. im very tempted to wait until its 100% but that means probably another week of losing gains.

Hah. I'm actually starting at a new gym after new years. Finally talked this strength and conditioning place to let me train there for under $140 a month that they wanted.

Today's squat session, I really wish I had filmed that 250, really thought I was going to have to give it up, got stuck like 5 inches out of the hole, but I got it up, feels fucking great
