I use a few things. Most effective that gets to the most areas is a lacross ball believe it or not.

I have like 5 different things but it's like $30-$40 for a 1 use item, not really worth it.

I have this and it's pretty legit and cheaper than the one you posted.

He means putting straps around the bar and holding the long bits. Not putting them around your wrists and wrapping the long bit around the bar. It's just for people who can't get their wrists back, no way to hurt your wrists doing it.

Lol I dont think you actually cinch your arms to the bar, just hold onto the straps so you don't have to bend your arms back as far. I've heard of people doing that, seems reasonable if you have no functional need for that flexibility.

Also got a cheesecake from cheesecake factory last night. Safe to say my cut is on hold. Fucking delicious.

I guy that I know is pretty strong and flexible and still uses straps for front squats. Don't remember why he does it.

Going to the gym after only eating carbs for 24hours, wasn't the idea of year, the cake wasn't up for it, so it was trying to leave midway through.
