Jarude:
Have you checked out Mike Tuscherers RTS System? Its generally full body high frequency and high intensity with lower volume with training by feel. Auto regulation for day to day differences in stress, fatigue and so on with the use of RPE and other methods. Very scientific and "complicated" method, but I think the base of the program would suit you well transitioning from the similar "squat every day" approach.

I'm suggesting it since you liked the very high frequency training but said it might've caused some injuries. RTS seems like a less harsh but similar approach to training.

GOAT "core exercise" is overhead squats

The Ed Coan program was what got me out of my skinny physique. It put good weight and strength on me. It is a little intense.

Ed Coan is a freak though. The program is very calculated. I had help following it from people in Power Lifting.

I would see a few different routines through. Experiencing different methods will yield a good foundation, and can help you break through plateaus.

i haven't checked it out, but i will. tbh after a mere 6-8 weeks of squatting every day, i feel like i haven't learned enough about the means or my own reaction to it to jump into something else. im ready for a break though, between hurting myself and the holidays and the mental fatigue hangover i've had enough of high frequency lol. i am going to bro out after christmas and try to drop some weight and then take another run at it perhaps.

Jarude what are your current stats?

If you brought up your chest and quads you'd be juicy as fk. Got a fantastic frame.

As expected, this has been the bulkiest and biggest cheat day in quite some time.

Managed to stay away from most of the worst stuff at the Xmas lunch and dinner buffets, but as soon as the cakes came out later in the evening, I just couldn't stop eating, haha. Didn't end too bad though. Probably didn't get more than 4k cals, although I lot of it was from fat.

Do you guys try to limit the bad stuff on holidays or do you just eat as much as you want from everything?
Eat all I can handle.
Although I have been doing that for 1.5 months since I started my bulk.
