Since markl and me basically did everything yesterday I am doing a bro workout. Arms calves and abs.

holy shit the second week of the SVR cycle is nuts for deadlifts. I did like 30/40 reps today up to 325 lbs. My hamstrings/glutes were fine but my lower back couldn't stay flat by the last set at 250.

Reminds me of that time a girl came up to me and said my shoulders were proportionally too small for the rest of my body.

It's such bullshit that gyms close early on both the 24th and 25th, and 31st and 1st, either at 5 30 pm, or 3 pm.

It's automatically assumed everyone celebrates the holidays, or even has the day off if they do to go earlier? I work till 5, and am working all 4 of those days, meaning thats 4 days of missed training sessions in a 2 week period.

i'm legit mad about this.

Oh man, tell me about it.
Ended my term in Hong Kong with 2 weeks travelling in south east Asia, where food was ridicolously cheap and good. Got 1.5 pounds of beef tenderloin at a french restaurant for less than 75 bucks, lol.
Now I'm back home in Sweden and the upcoming days will be a lot of high fat christmas food. Also weighted myself the other day and it turns out I'm at 190 now. 10-15 more pounds to go.
