OHP is definitely the hardest to progress and TBH I haven't tried 205 in quite some time since it's one that I get nervous about maxing out. Not even truly sure if I could do it again...may give a try next week.

I despise barbell OHP. It kills my shoulders. Dumbbells I got 100x5 today and I probably could push press around 275 although I haven't push pressed in 6 months.
ok, so if you were facing an extended period off of lifting, what would you do?
i figure i may as well try to lose some fat; im probably going to lose a shit ton of muscle too, but i dont see the point in eating at or above maintenance if i can't lift. i find it difficult to stick to any kind of diet if im not being active, so im terrified that i might actually have to start running or some other bullshit
