OHP is definitely the hardest to progress and TBH I haven't tried 205 in quite some time since it's one that I get nervous about maxing out. Not even truly sure if I could do it again...may give a try next week.

1rm PR tonight on DL - up to 375lbs. Hit 3x5x285, 3x3x315, then did one rep sets adding 10lbs each time until I hit it. Great way to end the year (uni gym closing until the 2nd).

In other news, this happened.



I suppose that's one way to do a leg press.

Tried to work up to a max OHP today and tweaked my neck on a warmup of 165x5. FUCK. Will be going back to Push Press.
