Yeah this is what I was thinking, it gives you much more padding and also makes it much harder to take the weight at the wrists instead of your back, which can fuck your elbows. What is the advantage of having elbows forward?
Also, if I'm doing ab wheels is there an ideal rep/set number? Like am I better with 3 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 3? My abs sorta suck.
