Just tried 1RM's after finishing my smolov jr cycle last monday.
Added about 10-15 kg to my (weak) HB squat which is now nearly the same weight as my LB SQ was when I made the switch to HB last summer.
A lot of improvement on the bench as well though its hard to say how much as I was recovering from a shoulder injury during the cycle. Had hardly benched at all the month before I started the cycle tbh. Bench now a little stronger than it was pre-injury, so thats good.
Also lifted a DL PR (+5kg) even though I kinda neglected the DL during smolov cycle. http://youtu.be/9jzqDBLDRms
