OK another form check. I think I fixed a lot of issues
One thing I have realized is my flexibility sucks. My hams, quads, lower back and adductors are all tight as fuck. I can't sit Indian style. So I am working on that on my off days. Any ideas on that end?

I can't see what your feet are doing.. but besides that, your form looks alright for the most part. Little things I would change here and there but nothing that really stands out. Overall, heading in the right direction.

I can't sit indian style either.

one thing you might want to consider sometime in the future is that if you start to tilt forward (ie. use your back to get the bar up) you can try to shift your elbows so they're under the bar instead of behind it. I find it helps in keeping the torso upright and lessens the tendency for the hips to come up first.

just an observation and different folks squat differently.

Tiger, what program do you use to train ur DL?


Trying 1RMs today. Probably bad idea to go to bed at 3am last night :/

Not using a specific program for DL but I was on SS fora few cycles and now I'm on 531. DL has improved drastically with both routines. I think the change from "tap and go" to full reset reps has also helped me a lot. Had to check the ego and reduce my 5 rep max in order to retrain.

I've been using straps for the past eight weeks after jamming my thumb real bad so I have been relying on straps for all pulling. I forgot how much smoother a dead lift is with a fast energetic set up.

Damn, apparently Ilya Ilin is joining Klokov on his east coast US seminar tour, NY, PA, and next North Carolina. And from the videos posted, it looks like Ilin is actually spending a lot of time teaching and helping people. Wish I had the money and time to attend.

Do you guys think it'd be a shitty idea to give a fitness related gift to the gf, i.e. a membership to a boxing gym, or PT sessions, or something? I'm getting her a few things but was thinking about this being one.
