Your love handles might be wider than my lats, unless I am just overly critical.  But I focus more on strength and do not hit accessories often.

but bro all those capsule joint work and flossing is pseudoscience

days like this when it's raining and 30*s outside I really wish I had a garage gym. Really hard to stretch and do mobility stuff around the house when it's cold and you don't have a lot of room.

Finally had time to meet up with my friend again today. She went to Boston for a conference and while she was there met with the ED of a non-profit gym. Got a ton of info which basically told us our plan is correct. Gonna write up a mission statement, start looking for locations and start figuring out which non-profits would be receptive to being our fiscal agent. If we can find a fiscal agent and skip the 501c3 incorporation process we'll save a ton of time. I'm hoping to have this thing open in the next 6-10 months. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

So I'm trying to compile a list of uses for the Smith machine, and I just added another one after watching this video @ 6:10. Lateral raises:

(Warning: may want to mute computer)

So the list comes to:
-Inverted Rows
-Lateral Raises
-Teaching your girlfriend to do push-ups
-Coat rack
-.......

But on a srs note I tried doing lateral raises w/ smith machine today and must say it was a nice improvement. It takes the weight off your supraspinatus and isolates the lateral delts more than just a standing lateral raise. Was able to do more weight than usual and had a crazy pump afterwards. Hoping this is the answer to my lagging delts.

Serious question here bros. Over the past couple of weeks i've felt a somewhat constant pain on the left side of my right foot. It's hard to describe it, but it feels like a mixture of numbness and constant pressure. It's not debilitating, but really uncomfortable, it also feels tight.

What I do know is, is that since I can remember I have this weird habit of standing and balancing my weight on that side of my foot, I only do it with the right one, and it just happens subconsciously, kind of like how one would bite their nails. I have a feeling this is obviously the cause of the pain, and it's just caught up to me after all these years. Should I go to a podiatrist and see what he says? I've tried "rolling" it out be massaging my foot over a lacrosse ball, but it does not really help.

TBH have never done rack chins. Could you elaborate on them a little more? Why they are useful?

they isolate the lats like whoa and give you an awesome stretch/burn. i hate to use terms like "mind-muscle connection" but they work pretty well with lots of time under tension.

i haven't used them for awhile but they are a nice higher rep vertical pull

hey rhets, strong no-homo here but i got a bunch of pairs of compression type shorts at a jockey warehouse sale that don't fit. tried on 1 pair, have 4 total. they're tagged XL but would work for anyone with a ~34 waist. need bulking panties? here you go!

no ballsweat, i promise. im not going to wear them and only want shipping costs recouped + whatever generosity you feel like. ask GN, i sent him things for free.
