Wat do now?

Could try using one of those velcro wrist braces, especially at night. Some folks get relief from them.

But anyway I ran 4.8km today which is way more than I expected. I went with a friend who's both stronger and more conditioned than me and had he not pushed me a bit I wouldn't have ran as fast nor as far as I did. Feel pretty dead now.

Did some reading and I'm not sure if CTS may be the issue. The pain is in the meaty part of the forearm near the elbow; the most painful associated movement would be the negative of a reverse curl. No wrist pain to speak of... The only real pain I get is the day after pulling without straps. Day after doing light bb rows was agony whenever I tried to extend my arm, but if I use straps its much less painful.

I'll try wearing a Velcro strap near the elbow.. Don't know if that'll do anything though

You buttholes were saying Sansa Clip+ was the best gym mp3 players? I can just drag and drop music into it on the computer, no software bullshit? I got mad after cracking the screen of my third ipod shuffle and threw it on the ground and stomped it to pieces along with my earbuds.

I had the Clip+, but the clip fell off (go figure).  I use this now and have had no problems. http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Sansa-Clip-Player-Black/dp/B005FVNGRS

Absolute monster in the gym today (see him occasionally on the weekends).  The guy legit hammer curled the 100's for 8 reps.  Lifting partner and I were using the 120 DBs for our banded BP for speed day.  Jokingly told him the 120's were available in which he responded "I like you; will rep them for you, not these other humans".  And he proceeds to legit hammer curl them for 3 reps.

About 15 minutes later he is curling the 100's again while a meathead (most likely on 'roids) next to him is doing oblique work with the 80's.  As he completes the curls, he goes "I make a grown man cry".

Both a productive and entertaining day at the gym.

Mine broke in ~3 months. Screen crapped out. Also it's dirt slow without the Rockbox OS. I cannot recommend

Clip+ 2gig masterrace. have had to replace the power switch but other than that it's an awesome player. however the switch replacement was a huge fucking pain in the ass, resoldering tiny SMD components is hard as shit.

Gotta say I'm pretty pleased with width gains over this bulk.
