based on this i think i should start working in box squats or more paused squats. coming out of the hole is somewhat dicey as you can see on the 400 and 385.
then i was playing hockey later on and i was in the fuckin' zone robbing bitches until i started getting chest pains, my pulse jumped to like 2000 bpm and started blacking out/seeing stars. not sure if poorly conditioned or didn't hydrate enough.
