I just lift the same, my strength gains (at east on a decent cut) are almost nonexistent. Lifting will help maintain that lbm that you've just worked your ass off to put on. Depending on the size of the deficit I'd then add in some conditioning work - kettlebells, bodyweight stuff, LISS, HIIT etc.
On my last cut I had one deload week per 4 wks of normal lifting, where I'd just lower the weights down to pretty puny amounts and do more reps, work on flexibility and stuff like that. I definitely felt that helped me get along better and avoiding at least some injuries.
