Jarude, I'm jelly of your squats, good job brah. Got a squat session tonight and I will be doing multiple sets of them, light and heavy to find what I like most and what goes faster.

Ugh not happy with squat form at 350#. Knees too far foward past 300#. Don't know if I should switch to wide squat in chucks because of my build or just focus on weakness and sitting back more. That knucks article had me thinking about squatting with 30% femur and how I should use my proportions instead of brute stengthing it.
