I did carb cycling -- so it was 4 days of eating nice high fat foods so long as I kept the carbs below 75g. Nice fatty meats, bacon, cheese, etc.
Then on day 5 it was YOLO carbs -- I'm talking 800g of gummy bears, sweet tarts, bagels, etc.
Would do what GN did and went thru a gallon of Green Tea a day -- really helped with the appetite and also kept me nice and dry and aesthetic
Would put sauces on shit -- just made sure they were low cal. Mustard and hot sauce on errthing.
Kept myself at a modest 700-1000 cal deficit on no carb days, ate maintenance on carb days. Resulted in about 1.5lbs loss/week from dieting. In the final few weeks I added in cardio 3x a week to lose a couple extra pounds.
All in all it really wasn't too bad. Only major issue I had was low libido which zinc + mag helped with.
