Damn you Jarude. Tried 225 x 16 and bar slipped while on the 12th rep, probably wouldn't have done it though because 11th felt like death. These repetition days destroy me especially coming out of just doing a meet, been doing heavy singles and triples for a long ass time.

Why do you want to cut? You look ok in your videos and your 400 pull looked really strong. I'd focus on pulling 500!

Anyone know good running progressions? Something like 3x a week increasing mile times.

A lot depends on what you want to train for. For distance runners a rule of thumb is to increase mileage by no more than 10 percent per week t king care not to do too much speed work as you progress. Runners world website is a good place to look for training plans.

It might not gel that good with your frequent lifting. If that's the case, I'd just do a straight deficit all days with only carbs post workout, low fat all days. 1 heavy carb up with super low fat and moderate protein 1 time each week.

Lifting fasted early in the day or with no carbs pre workout makes you burn fat. Might wanna try that.

I figured I'd do something like this. I will probably aim to hit 40/30/30 daily at ~3000 for a few weeks and see where that takes me. After that, I can drop carbs a little on light days, work in some refeeds, etc.

Nice bulk! bro I see like 2 abs in one of those pictures, you got another good 10 lbs to go icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Make your posture like the 3rd to the right all the time, not 4th to the right happy.gif

When I still ran a lot I made most progress with 5x600m hill sprints three times a week. At 600m it was not really a full sprint, just a 2-2.5min 'all you have in you' run. pretty steep hill. Helped get my 15k sub 1h faster than when I was doing more distance work.
My guess is that flat interval work would help too.

Hmmm... You have like 1% bf leeway before you should stop bulking lol. I agree with maintain for a bit and try to get your strength up.
