OK... did you follow their sizing advice or did you size down, as is the case with the knee sleeves?

Elbow measurement comes in at 28cm so I think I'll go for the medium (26-28cm).

I can't comment on elbow sleeves since I've never used em, but taking time off to heal, as much as you go fuckin stir-crazy and nuts, is a game changer. Before my trip to the EU (Nearly month long trip) I was plagued with rotator cuff pain on my left side. Always kinda pushed through it, but it was dumb during OHP and I either bailed or made it worse.

Month off on vacation with no lifting and I'm pretty much 100% now and it feels fuckin great. If your elbow is that bad I'd take the time needed for it to heal so you can come back stronger.

I know this is a dead horse but everyone I've seen that has elbow tendinitis has zero internal rotation in that shoulder.

Well you have cancer. Honestly thought it's embarrassing how bad people are at fixing themselves. Every athlete will come across that injury at some point. It's a simple over use injury and you can either take time off lifting to fix it or just get on a regiment plan to fix it.
