Looking pretty damn good for being such a long grind.

5 x BW squat is just insane

Makes me want to try single ply one of these days... but probably not. Like the ease of lifting raw too much.

Yep, you can tell when we cares to adjust his strap before he takes gets under the bar.

Plus the raws. I don't think the IPF has a raw with wraps division.

I think just raw and single ply.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure.

That is true, didn't really think about it. I guess I was too impressed by the squat. I'm so used to seeing the big multi-ply stuff that I can't seems to look for single ply anymore.

Training a lift that infrequent is not very good for practicing technique and I found I got pretty nervous on that day, as it would suck to fail the progression. Less need for mobility work and active recovery methods would save me a ton of time too.

Now I back squat once and front squat on another day, but I could up the frequency more. It seems to me like Tigerprawn has made the fastest strength gains IIT, and he did full body squatting 3x for a long time, right?

I'm getting increasingly interested in very high frequency like the bulgarian methods but I don't think there's any point to it as a "novice". Gonna reach some decent numbers and gain weight before I give it a go.

Also mirin Tigerprawn gains and it makes me regret going off SS even more. Not saying that SPBR is a bad routine but it didn't work for me that well.

Thanks guys, but I still have a long long long long long way to go before I even get close to guys like TK and Charly strength and aesthetic wise. I do think the squat volume helps a ton and the fact I was basically hitting PRs every other day by 5lb increments until I stalled out.

I didn't take pics of myself before at all, but I wish I did. All I have were candid pics to go off of and my legs before were crazy slim. You don't realize how much you've changed until you see an old photo.

Now I'm a 165lb manlet (granted bigger 165lb manlet than before) trying to claw my way back up in this bulk.
