When will any of you oly lifters post vids?
Deads looking decent aside from that your butt rises too fast. Either start with hips higher or focus on more leg drive and activate the glutes to not let it get thrown up at the start. Squats looked better, btw.
I've tried it but decided to stop doing it because I lack the required sideways ankle mobility. I can keep the feet straight ahead even with a wide stance but it almost causes my feet to roll over on the outside. From my understanding, the hip impingement is the whole idea of it. By keeping the feet straight and creating that torque you're basically mimicking how a squat suit works. That's what I've read at least.
