I was using craze and shit was amazing, great focus and pump. They took it off the market though.

Bought some new formula jack3d and meh.

Remember the expiration date on the Craze? Believe batches prior to exp. 12/15 were laced with a chemical similar to amphetamine. This shit blew up and even made national news.

I use pre's because I bought a shit ton on sale a year ago or so. They don't do much for me but I use them since I have'em. Much prefer dosing bulk ingredients.

For real though, why do I have an extremely difficult time doing skullcrushers? The movement feels all wrong to me and I don't feel like I get decent isolation or pump in my tris. Lowering the weight and focusing on form still produces meh results. I just figure certain exercises just don't work well with certain people.

What do you guys like to do for tris? Aside from doing shitty skullcrushers I do dumbell behind the head extensions, which I really like. Pulldowns with the rope, and close grip bench, what else should I incorporate?

You thought they were good?

Dips seems like an obvious choice.

No, but they didn't warrant that much scrutiny. TK's old squat form tho peepwall[1].gif

Forgot to mention I do dips for sure, I just feel like my tris are lagging while my biceps are alright, I hate when people have disproportionate tris to bis and don't want it on myself.

I thought the point would be to provide scrutiny? Otherwise people are just posting for the ego stroke?

Didn't notice anything wrong with the pullups.

I like weighted dips, though it seems to work chest just as much as triceps. Finally did 3 plates for weighted dips last week! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I like close grip bench. I've had pretty good carry over to real bench too.

I think someone replaced my multi with crazy pills.

Some other guy a couple pages back also thought they were bad, so meh, everyone has an opinion.

Just to show I'm a good sport: Please criticise this deadlift video.

As mentioned, I was worried deadlifts have been making my torso blocky, but I still wanted huge glutes.

So I backed off the weight a fair bit and went for Arnold's "mind muscle connection", trying to feel my glutes contract (no homo).

I also kept the hips as high as I could without back rounding, to make it more semi-straight leg (but not really) deadlift.

~300 x 8. It was really fucking hard. Quality is very poor, I've never done youtube videos before. Skip to 0:27 for the action.

I'll do a chinup video tomorrow or the day after
